Myths of Highway Expansion.

Minister Falcon has put forth many arguments to justify his plan to spend $1 billion to widen Highway 1 and twin the Port Mann Bridge. We believe that many of these arguments are misleading to the public. Let’s consider some of the myths:

MYTH 1:
There have been no transportation investments in the lower mainland in 20 years.

Highway expansion is a necessary part of a balanced transportation strategy
